Steve Stevens has had a passion for guitars since his high school days in Minneapolis.   Over the years he has built banjos, solid body electric guitars and acoustic guitars, and fine furniture.   For twenty-five years he has worked to create the ideal guitar in both function and form.   This is an endeavor that he hopes to pursue for many more years.

In March of 2004, Steve, his wife Pattie, and their Brittany spaniel Molly moved to the small Texas town of Breckenridge from Scottsdale, Arizona after a 37 year career in the electronics industry.

Steve and his wife Pattie, a quilt designer, have established individual workshop studios in their circa 1922 home with plenty of room to spare for visiting children and grandchildren from nearby Dallas/Ft. Worth.

The Stevens' have found life in this small Texas town to be a welcome relief from the congestion of Scottsdale and the demands of industry.  Steve will begin renovating their 1959 Airstream trailer this winter, and they look forward to touring surrounding areas next year.
